​Custom Order Terms and Additional Information

• Pricing is per pair (2).  

• Words or simple designs, includes a different word/design on each tag of the pair. 

• One-time $80 mold fee per design (pair).

• Standard size of 37 mm length by 14 mm width.

• Our standard lead time is 4-6 weeks from the point that the invoice is paid and the design proof is approved. Lead times may be shorter or longer depending on the time of year. Reach out via our contact page for a personal response on current lead times. 

• Order any amount at or over 25 pair.

• *Out the door pricing includes shoe lace tags at the quantity listed, a one-time $80 mold fee for a new design and shipping as stated. It excludes AZ sales tax where applicable.

• Pricing subject to change without notice. 

• Formal quotes are honored for 30 days, excluding sale or promotional pricing with explicit coverage dates. 

• Due to the custom nature of our business, we do not accept returns and final products are non-refundable.
