Raised Decals was founded by Joe Walter, whose life has been shaped by baseball from childhood through adulthood.
Like many players, Joe grew up immersed in the game — backyard catch sessions, competitive play, studying uniforms, admiring iconic logos, and understanding the pride players feel when they put on a helmet that represents something bigger than themselves.
As he stayed involved in the sport over the years, Joe developed:
