The minimum order is 25 decals. You can include multiple color combinations within that order — pricing includes unlimited colors and complexity. How much do custom helmet decals cost?

How long does production take?

Our standard lead time is 4-6 weeks from the point that your invoice is paid and your design proof is approved. Lead times may be shorter or longer depending on the time of year. Contact us for current lead time estimates before placing your order.

Are custom helmet decals legal for high school and youth baseball?

Yes. 3D raised helmet decals are used by teams at all levels including youth, travel ball, and high school programs across the United States. We recommend checking with your specific league or association for any uniform restrictions.

What artwork file format do you need?

Please provide high resolution vector files in SVG, PDF, EPS, or AI format whenever possible. We cannot use screenshots or photographs. If you are unsure whether your file will work, send it to us for review before placing your order. See our full Artwork Requirements page for details.

Can I use an AI-generated image for my decal design?

Honestly, it depends. Many AI-generated artwork contain highly complex gradients, textures, and shading that cannot be reproduced in a raised 3D format. If you have an AI-generated concept, our team can review it and advise on whether it can be adapted.

Do you provide a proof before production?

Yes. Artwork must be approved before your order is scheduled for production. A 3D design proof and spec sheet is sent via email. Production does not begin until you approve the proof in writing via email or adobe sign-off, or through the payment of your invoice if applicable. Review your proof carefully for color accuracy, dimensions, and spelling.

Can I reorder the same design?

Yes. Your mold stays on file and reorders do not require a new mold fee. Use our Reorder Form for fast turnaround on repeat orders.

What is the difference between matte, gloss, and embossed decals?

Matte decals have a flat, non-reflective finish. Gloss decals have a shiny, high-contrast finish. Embossed decals have a slightly raised texture with a more subtle dimensional appearance — a premium option between matte and gloss. All three are available in full color with unlimited color combinations.

Do you make back of helmet decals and bat knob decals?

Yes. In addition to front helmet decals we produce back of helmet decals, side helmet decals, and bat knob decals. Each product has its own sizing and pricing — see our full product lineup for details.
