Once we receive payment you will receive a 3D rendering for approval. Please note that artwork comes from our main inbox - Info@RaisedDecals.com. Please check your spam if you have not received!
Please approve the artwork and your order will be scheduled for production. Your custom product will then be made and ship according to our current lead times.
You will receive an automated email with your tracking information once they ship. Artwork which is not approved timely will result in a refund and your order will not be produced.
Due to the custom nature of our business, we do not accept returns and final products are non-refundable. If your order has not been produced but a 3D rendering provided, a $40 artwork fee will be assessed for invoices paid and refunded.

Please note that our standard lead time is approximately 6 weeks from the point that the invoice is paid and artwork is approved. This time may be shorter or longer depending on the volume currently in production. Please order early! Fall through early spring comprise the busy season and have significantly longer lead times then summer.
