Once artwork is approved and the invoice is paid your order will be scheduled for production. Your custom product will then be made and ship according to our current lead times.
You will receive an automated email with your tracking information once they ship. ​

Due to the custom nature of our business, we do not accept returns and final products are non-refundable.

Please note that our standard lead time is approximately 4-6 weeks from the point that the invoice is paid and artwork is approved. This time may be shorter or longer depending on the volume currently in production. Please order early! Fall through early spring comprise the busy season and have significantly longer lead times then summer.
