In our space, true 3D pre-press work usually isn’t free. It’s specialized time that ensures your parts are accurate and beautiful on the first run. Our approach is simple and fair: a $40 Design Credit to begin (only if not paying in full), then that credit is fully applied when you place the order.

“Within scope” = everything related to adding 3D depth to your existing logo: angle, minor cleanup, depth, color matching, and placement. It doesn’t include new logos, alternate brand marks, or major redraws.

Typically 1–2 business days after we receive usable artwork and your order details. Lead times can increase during our busy season of Fall and Winter, so please plan ahead and order early! Please note that we are a weekday business (Monday-Friday), therefore Saturday's and Sundays are not included in this lead time.

No pressure. If you started with a Design Credit and choose not to proceed to production, your payment is refunded minus the $40 Design Credit to cover the rendering work already completed.

Great distinction! The Design Credit covers the time to prepare your 3D rendering for approval. Mold fees are a separate production cost for creating the actual tooling we cast from your approved 3D art. We won’t begin molds until you’ve given the green light on your proof.

We currently offer a matte finish and gloss finish on decals. Other products all come in a matte finish.

When artwork is overly complex, we may simplify those elements for clean edges and reliable manufacturing.
